Outcomes of FOREU4ALL's Second Workshop | Project Management and Impact

The second FOREU4ALL transversal workshop addressed the challenges arising from the coexistence of short-term project-based funding structures and the long-term transformational ambitions of European Universities alliances. Bringing together the outcomes of the event, this report offers collective insights and recommendations for all.

The workshop “Aligning Project Management and Impact: A Practical and Strategic Dialogue for European University Alliances”, was jointly organised by the topical groups on Project Management and Impact. The event, hosted by the Arqus European University Alliance at the University of Granada, brought together representatives from European University Alliances (EUAs), higher education stakeholders, policymakers, and experts to explore how project management and impact approaches can be better aligned to support long-term transformation in the European Higher Education Area.
