FOREU4ALL's second Policy Learning Lab serves as an open space for high-level engagement between policymakers and higher education stakeholders, with the aim of addressing the strategic needs of Alliances regarding the future Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe programmes, the European Competitiveness Fund, and the "5th regime", all in the context of the ongoing Multiannual Financial Framework (post-2027) negotiations.

It features evidence-based insights from landmark reports by FOREU4ALL, European University Association, ACA - Academic Cooperation Association, The Guild of European Research-Intensive Universities, and the Future4Alliances project.
