The U!REKA Connects 2026 event, “From Ideas to Action: Building Urban Solutions”, will take place in Lisbon, Portugal, on 24 and 25 June 2026, hosted by the Polytechnic University of Lisbon, within the framework of the U!REKA European University. 

U!REKA Connects is the alliance’s annual in-person networking event, hosted each year by a different partner institution. It brings together members of the U!REKA community, as well as external partners, to strengthen existing collaborations, foster new joint initiatives and exchange expertise through workshops, presentations and other collaborative formats. 

The event will bring together representatives from universities, cities, researchers, educators, students and institutional partners from across the U!REKA alliance and beyond.
