This webinar, organised by the FOREU4ALL Impact and Project Management Topical Groups, will build on the outcomes of the 2nd FOREU4ALL Workshop and the accompanying report. 

It aims to raise awareness of the importance and synergies between project management and impact, while providing an opportunity to further reflect on and challenge the outcomes of the workshop. Participants will discuss the feasibility and practical implementation of the recommendations identified during the workshop and explore how these recommendations can be put into practice.

Participants will join breakout sessions focused on the recommendations developed for different target groups. These discussions will provide an opportunity to explore what implementation could look like in practice, what support may be needed, and where further collaboration could add value. The moderators will then bring the discussions back to the wider group, sharing key outcomes and takeaways from each session.

The webinar will bring together a diverse range of stakeholders from across the European Universities landscape, including European Commission representatives, government representatives, European University Alliances, FOREU4ALL & Topical Groups members, and communication and dissemination experts.
