The EUF Training week, taking place at the University of Latvia October 26-30 2026, will offer the following trainings:

• Erasmus+ KA1 mobility management (26-28, 28-30 October): practical tools and processes for mobility implementation, run in two parallel tracks: one for colleagues newer to International Relations Offices (under 3 years), one for more experienced staff members.
• Erasmus+ KA2 project implementation under lump sum funding (26-28 October): for experienced practitioners, with a focus on planning, partner alignment to manage complexity and delivery under the lump sum model.
• Strategic outlook on KA1 and KA2 synergies (28-30 October): for senior internationalisation professionals and Heads of IRO, on shifting from operational management to a more strategic, integrated approach.
