  Webinar</b>,&nbsp;titled "<b>Alliances Without Borders: Connecting Europea
 n Values with Regional and Global Engagement</b>," serves as an open space 
 for high-level engagement between policymakers and higher education stakeho
 lders, following 3 main objectives:</p><ul><li>Objective&nbsp;1:&nbsp;Posit
 ion&nbsp;European University Alliances as strategic geopolitical actors&nbs
 p;in advancing the EU’s external engagement through science, education, and
  innovation, with a focus on values-based cooperation.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><
 li>Objective 2:&nbsp;Translate EU&nbsp;internationalisation&nbsp;priorities
  into action&nbsp;and highlighting&nbsp;the contribution of Alliances towar
 ds the EU’s broader political ambitions and policy priorities&nbsp;(e.g.&nb
 sp;Global Gateway),&nbsp;while&nbsp;co-creating scalable, reusable instrume
 nts&nbsp;for global collaboration.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Objective 3: Enga
 ge key stakeholders (European Commission, national ministries, and global p
 artners)&nbsp;in a structured dialogue to inform future policy development,
  strengthen multi-level coordination, and ensure that Alliance-driven appro
 aches are embedded in the next generation of EU&nbsp;internationalisation&n
