ernational dimension of European Universities Alliances. The Launch
Webinar, titled "Alliances Without Borders: Connecting Europea
n Values with Regional and Global Engagement," serves as an open space
for high-level engagement between policymakers and higher education stakeho
lders, following 3 main objectives:
- Objective 1: Posit
ion European University Alliances as strategic geopolitical actors&nbs
p;in advancing the EU’s external engagement through science, education, and
innovation, with a focus on values-based cooperation.

li>Objective 2: Translate EU internationalisation priorities
into action and highlighting the contribution of Alliances towar
ds the EU’s broader political ambitions and policy priorities (e.g.&nb
sp;Global Gateway), while co-creating scalable, reusable instrume
nts for global collaboration.
- Objective 3: Enga
ge key stakeholders (European Commission, national ministries, and global p
artners) in a structured dialogue to inform future policy development,
strengthen multi-level coordination, and ensure that Alliance-driven appro
aches are embedded in the next generation of EU internationalisation&n
bsp;frameworks.
The webinar is open to members of Europea
n University Alliances, HE stakeholders, and policymakers. The draft a
