 "EN-GB">The Italian Language (A1–A2) Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) is o
 rganized by the University of Turin (Italy) in collaboration with the Centr
 o Linguistico di Ateneo (CLA).&nbsp;</span><span lang="EN-GB">The programme
  is addressed to UNITA administrative staff and teachers&nbsp;</span>from E
 uropean Universities<span lang="EN-GB">, focusing on the acquisition of ele
 mentary Italian language skills.</span></p><p><span lang="EN-GB">Starting f
 rom their knowledge of Romance languages, participants will acquire skills 
 to:</span></p><ul><li><span lang="EN-GB">interact at an elementary level in
  Italian</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">understand simple texts</span></
 li><li><span lang="EN-GB">write at an elementary level in Italian.</span></
 li></ul><p><span lang="EN-GB">The course values participants’ previous know
 ledge of Romance languages and encourages the use of&nbsp;<strong>intercomp
 rehension techniques&nbsp;</strong>to facilitate the learning of Italian.</
