 rstanding the Mind: From Wellbeing to Early Detection” on 12 November, to b
 e held online via Zoom.</p><p>This interactive event will offer a unique op
 portunity to learn, reflect, and exchange ideas around mental well-being an
 d the early detection of cognitive challenges. Participants will explore di
 verse approaches to promoting mental health, guided by insights from expert
 s representing universities across the EC2U Alliance.</p><p>The workshop wi
 ll feature three engaging presentations from EC2U partner institutions:</p>
