As alliances implement complex, long-term transformation agendas, the need to better align management practices with impact ambitions is growing. Yet, in many cases, these two dimensions remain siloed—limiting coherence, visibil ity, and strategic steering.\nThe workshop will offer a shared space for pr oject managers and impact officers to explore how management and impact can mutually reinforce one another.
