 raining week</a>, taking place at the&nbsp;University of Latvia October 26-
 30 2026, will offer the following trainings:</p><ul><li>Erasmus+ KA1 mobili
 ty management (26-28, 28-30 October): practical tools and processes for mob
 ility implementation, run in two parallel tracks: one for colleagues newer 
 to International Relations Offices (under 3 years), one for more experience
 d staff members.</li><li>Erasmus+ KA2 project implementation under lump sum
  funding (26-28 October): for experienced practitioners, with a focus on pl
 anning, partner alignment to manage complexity and delivery under the lump 
 sum model.</li><li>Strategic outlook on KA1 and KA2 synergies (28-30 Octobe
 r): for senior internationalisation professionals and Heads of IRO, on shif
 ting from operational management to a more strategic, integrated approach.<
